Jaime was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Radio and Television. Prior to moving to Memphis in 2007, she worked in the Banking industry in multiple departments such as Branch Banking, Training and Development, and Human Resources. She often tells people she started as a Bank Teller in college and had no idea where that one opportunity would help her end up.
Once in Memphis, she wasted no time jumping back into the banking world as a Branch Manager of a local banking institution. When offered the opportunity to transfer to the Human Resources Department as a Corporate Recruiter, she jumped on it. Human Resources and all things involved is her passion. She loves giving people the opportunity to start a career they love.
She has been a real estate investor for 15 years and a homeowner for even longer. Her current role as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development allows her to be heavily involved in two things she loves: Real Estate and Human Resources.
She is known for her ability to assess a situation, develop a plan and initiate the steps it takes to be successful while remaining honest and straightforward.
When not at work, she is busy spending time with her husband and two kids. She loves to travel, read, spend time with friends and vacation anywhere there is a lake or ocean.
