April had a great handle on the market our house would be selling in, she was aggressive with the listing price & it turned out to be very accurate - so much so that we had an offer within a week. Michael goes above and well beyond any real estate agent we’ve worked with, and between my husband & I we’ve moved 11 times. Our first experience with him was moving from out of state, during COVID and me being 6 months pregnant.
