Michael, owner and broker of Bryan Realty Group, began his real estate career over 19 years ago. As a native Memphian, Michael’s career began with the purchase of a few investment properties across the area but quickly turned into a full-time job focused on helping people make one of the largest investment decisions in their lives—buying or selling a home.
Based on his initial buying experiences, he found many gaps in the service he received versus his initial expectations. As Michael began helping others navigate the complex processes of buying or selling homes, he discovered greater personal satisfaction in assisting others versus buying personal investment properties. He became an agent focused on his client’s experience. His early work in foreclosures, investment property, and rentals gave him a sixth sense to spot hidden problem areas and a deep knowledge and understanding of watch-outs in the home buying and selling process.
